The School of Business and Public Administration makes every effort to support the success and growth of all students. It is with these relationships that we are able to offer BPA students Internship and Job Opportunities specific to their chosen careers and in return those business retain highly qualified interns and future employees.
Identifies and coordinates opportunities to provide in-service training to referral sources. Attends or participates in local, regional and national professional conferences as a representative of CNS. Attends and participates in assigned trade shows. Sets up booth, moves boxes of marketing materials and display wall containers weighing up to 40 pounds as required. Stands on feet for up to 4 hours at a time. Maintains documentation on competitors in the assigned area, including current fees and pricing information. Requires extensive use of computer, telephone, and FAX machine. Travels within and outside the assigned regional area to achieve sales and marketing goals. Attends and participates in the National Marketing and Admission Meeting (or equivalent) held approximately every 6 months. Participates in weekly Referral Status Conference Calls(s) to communicate status of direct referral development activities and learn of relevant activities in the facilities. Meetings are usually by telephone but may be in person.
The Director of Bee Operations has direct responsibility for all national Bee operations, which currently includes operations in California and Florida. The role manages all facets of Bee operations including strategic planning, process improvement, employee relations, problem resolution and P&L responsibility. This position must build and develop the operation's organization, processes and procedures to support strategic direction. This position will report to the Vice President of Agricultural Services.
Supports logistics by conducting, data collection, extrapolation, reporting, and scheduling activities of over 30 thousand barrels of trucked crude oil per day and tracks transportation cost. Communicates directly with customers to provide logistics information, and works diligently to provide consistently high levels of customer service at all times.
