Congressional Leadership Fund

Winter and Spring Internship

congressional leadership fund intern flyerThe Congressional Leadership Fund is now throwing its weight behind Congressman David Valadao; a fierce advocate for water rights, DACA and The Dreamers, and Veteran’s rights in the Central Valley. All across the Central Valley, CLF interns are knocking on doors across the district and calling constituents right here in our Bakersfield headquarters on behalf of Congressman David Valadao.

With so many topics headlining today’s political conversation, it’s critical for young adults to have their voices heard. Past interns have found the program to be particularly helpful in enhancing their resumes. We’ve even had CNN come out and interview our interns for a syndicated story. In my experience, campaign interns have even parlayed their experiences into opportunities on Capitol Hill and with state government.  In addition to all this, our office will be sending two lucky interns on a trip to Washington D.C. to attend the annual CPAC conference!

Deadline to apply is February 15th, 2018
